Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. We accept returns/exchanges on FULL price items only. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these conditions. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Lilly & Raye LLC. All stuffed toys, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned. Please note that all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. Please email us immediately upon receipt if this is the case.
All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt. In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at email@example.com to receive an RMA number.
Once return is received and inspected, your exchange item(s) will be mailed to you or you will receive your store credit code via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
